Though I had booked a single room, I was upgraded to a large double room with a sofa and a balcony offering a charming view of the river. The staff was friendly and informed me about nearby free parking options. The cleanliness and amenities in the room were satisfactory, including a clean and spacious toilet with a hairdryer.While the hotel offered me a discounted rate at the restaurant, I found the lack of a kettle and a single chocolate on the pillow somewhat underwhelming for a luxury establishment. The presence of tea and chocolates in the lobby was a nice touch, but I expected more personalized touches.Grand Hotel offers a comfortable stay with decent amenities, but the value for money might be better assessed in comparison to other options in the area.
